‘ettomio’s products are made by local artisans and small companies who put effort and dedication into producing superior quality products. That's why, given the unique nature of our production, lead times may vary in some cases.

If you need to receive the goods by a specific date for a gift or an occasion or, for instance, you need to wait for the end of an interior renovation, contact us to find the best solution together with our team. We are a small company: our strength is to place ourselves exactly as a bridge between our customers and our suppliers and assist you so that your shopping experience is truly unique.

We always try to optimize shipments to minimize the environmental impact of goods handling; however, you may receive the ordered products in multiple deliveries.

In fact, due to the artisanal nature of our production, some orders could be managed with multiple shipments because they are made and packaged directly by the craftsman who produces them.

It will be wonderful to open the packages and smell the wood or the freshly sewn fabrics!

Can I return my order?

Respecting the consumer protection, we accept returns if you change your mind and you must communicate to us within 14 days of receipt of the package (with the exception of "tailored" or personalized products).

You won't have to give us a reason for the return even if it's important for us to understand what's wrong, as we’d like to improve our products, always.

The return is not free, so you (the buyer) will have to pay for returning the goods.

The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, after checking and verifying the integrity of the products.

The refund includes: the price of the purchased goods and any costs incurred for its delivery (in the event of a partial return, a proportion of the shipping costs will be made based on the total order).

If the product presents defects or is damaged, we kindly ask you to contact us as soon as you notice it and send us photographic or video evidence of the problem: we are also here to find the solution!
