We try to make the most of all stages of your purchase in a transparent way, which is why you will find a contribution to shipping for the products you have chosen. The value is low as we try to absorb most of the cost. However, to guarantee you a more effective service, we cannot reset this item.


All orders are sent by international courier and are normally dispatched within:

-3-10 working days (Monday to Friday) for "standard" products

-2-6 weeks for "made-to-order" products.


Ettomio works with several Italian artisans and small businesses specialising in handcrafted products. Some products are sent directly from the artisan workshop and - if your order is composed of several products - you could receive more than one delivery. Don’t worry if you don't receive everything at once.

Delivery fees vary according to the total weight of the package and its destination.


Standard shipping is meant at street level.

You have the option of activating the "delivery by appointment" service which allows you to choose the day and time slot for delivery.


You will be able to track the shipment and monitor the status, thanks to the tracking number that will be sent to you via email.


Delivery usually takes 2-6 days for EU countries.

Please note that we cannot influence the organization of the delivery in any way as it is in the hands of the courier, but we will do our best to have your order reach you as quickly as possible.


NB: We design our packaging to be of manageable (size and weight). But please remember that most of our products are sent assembled or pre-assembled for your convenience, therefore, the size of the package will reflect this.


What if I am not at home during delivery?

We suggest you choose a delivery address where there is someone available for collection.

In case of non-delivery due to your absence at the specified address, the courier will leave a notice of passage with a number to be contacted and agree on an alternative date or an alternative address for delivery.

If the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful or if the courier does not receive any instructions for delivery, the package will go into storage with the courier. When the package is in storage, you will have to go to the courier's branch for collection.

In the event that you do not collect within 5 days, the purchase contract is considered terminated by law pursuant to art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code resulting in a refund. Attention: the refund will be made within 15 working days and the total amount will be calculated with the deduction of the delivery costs (unsuccessful), the costs of storage and the costs of returning to Ettomio, as well as any other expenses incurred by cause of non-delivery


What happens if the pack is damaged?

If your item is damaged when you receive it, you can refuse the delivery. If you only find damage after receiving the delivery, please call/send an email to 'ettomio Customer Service. In the event of a damaged delivery, 'ettomio team will contact the delivery service directly to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and with the least inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and to provide you with a replacement.


Can I return my order?

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it (except for “personalized items” that can’t be returned)

Once you decide to return the item, please contact us at customer@ettomio.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment (credit card, paypal or bank transfer).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

The amount of the refund includes: the price of the item and eventual shipping cost for its delivery to you.

Please note:

We deliver from Italy. If you live outside the EU your country may charge custom duties. We recommend you verify this before placing your order. Custom duties are different for each country and we cannot influence them in any way.
